A Brides magazine Top 100 venue in the North of England is something of a rarity, and Goldsborough Hall proudly holds this title. One of my all time favourite venues, this beautiful, stately home is a little gem tucked away in a gorgeous village close to Knaresborough in North Yorkshire. There's something magical in the air here, a serene stillness I find every time I visit and so many of the brides I've worked with here say they feel that too. It's your home for your wedding, it feels like yours, and that's really very special indeed.
Goldsborough Hall was once the home of HRH Princess Mary, the Queens Aunt, and the house is steeped in rich history at every turn.
I adore it's beautiful Jacobean library, it's such a cool place for groom shots, and the dining room and drawing room are incredibly elegant and chic.
The venue is licensed for weddings, or if you prefer, there is a really very beautiful church adjoining the Hall, and you can walk to it through the grounds of Goldsborough.
The hall has rooms to stay in for your guests, an award winning chef
(whose food I can safely say is utterly mouth watering)and the grounds are simply stunning.
I'm proud to be recommended by Goldsborough Hall as a wedding photographer and I honestly could not love this venue more than I do.
